Process
- Step 1: Setup a Community Profile
- Step 2: Upload Board Member Information
- Step 3: CTA Review will invoice Association and complete BOI submission on behalf of HOA.
- Step 4: Association will receive confirmation of BOI filing upon receipt of payment.
Payment Structure
Initial Filing and Compliance Plan – $395
- Includes set up of property profile with CTA Review
- Initial BOI report and Certificate of Compliance
- Unlimited BOI report updates for one year from the date of the initial filing.
- Updated BOI Certificates provided as needed.
Annual Compliance Plan – $250
This plan is for existing clients who wish to continue with CTA Review after the initial filing. New clients must start with the Initial Filing Fee.
- Unlimited BOI report updates for one year.
- Term will begin upon receipt of paid invoice.
- Clients who do not elect to be on an Annual Compliance Plan will be responsible for all BOI updates during the period of time they do not have a plan.
- CTA Review will not release personal/sensitive data to any party, including management companies or other services providers.
No Update Policy – No Payment
- Clients have the option to opt in or out of the Annual Compliance Plan.
- For Associations with that have no required BOI Reporting updates, they are not required to pay the annual compliance fee at the end of their initial term.
- When an update is required the Client can opt back into an annual compliance plan with no penalty.
- CTA Review will not monitor or track any BOI reporting criteria unless a client is part of an Annual Compliance Plan.
Management Company Partners
CTA Review offers bulk pricing discount to Management Companies who partner with CTA Review for their BOI Filings.
Number of Associations:
- 10 – 25: 5% Discount
- 26 – 50: 10% Discount
- 51 – 100: 15% Discount
- 100+: 20%

Step 1
Community Set Up
Click below to set up a Community Profile for the first time. Once established, the community will receive a code that Board Members can use to upload the required information, as mandated by law.
Step 2
Board Member Registration
Click below to enter Board of Director information after the initial setup is complete. Each member of the Board will need to complete this individually or have this completed on their behalf. This can be done one at a time, or in multiple sessions.
